Add Salesforce CRM to Clodura Platform
If you are Salesforce CRM user, here are the steps to add it to your Clodura account.
Prerequisites
Create | Login to your account with Salesforce CRM >> Authorized to Salesforce >> Field Mapping >> Add to CRM >> Done!
How To Integrate Salesforce With Clodura?
To begin with, create an account with Salesforce CRM.

Login To Your Salesforce Account
With your paid version of Salesforce account, login with your existing email id. Next, authorize your Salesforce account with Clodura.AI.
How To Enable | Authorize Salesforce With Clodura?
To begin with, login to your Clodura account.
Login | Authorize Salesforce to Clodura.AI Suite
- Login to Clodura.AI suite
- Go to Setting -> CRM Integration
- Authorized to Salesforce (Click on “Authorize” button down to Salesforce logo.)


Salesforce Field Mapping with Clodura
- Now Map your contacts and company fields.
- Click on “Mapping” button, you can see the mapping button down side of Salesforce logo, next to “Authorize” button.
Field Mapping for Salesforce
- Company Field Mapping and Contact Field Mapping section opens up.
- Company Name, Name and Email are mandatory fields (Note: No two fields should be same).
- Click on “Save” button.


Enable Your Salesforce Account
- Now enable your sales force account (Click on radio button to make it enable).
Add to CRM
To add the selected contacts/companies in your CRM database, below are the steps:
Select the Companies/Contacts
In order to add the companies and contacts to the CRM, finalize and select the companies/contacts. Next, click on “Add to CRM” button.


Select Owner for Salesforce
- Now, You can see the owner list.
- Select owner and click on “Ok” button.
All Done! See all your Companies & Contacts
- Finally, you can see all your Companies & Contacts in your Salesforce account integrated with Clodura.AI.
