Senior SEO Specialist

As part of our expanding marketing team, Clodura.AI is looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist experienced in both organic and paid search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in crafting and executing SEO strategies that enhance online visibility and drive user engagement

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic SEO Planning:
    Develop comprehensive SEO strategies that align with company goals, focusing on increasing visibility and driving conversions.
  • Keyword Management:
    Perform extensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and campaign development.
  • On-page and Off-page SEO:
    Implement optimization strategies not only on-site but also off-site to improve page rankings across all major search engines.
  • Technical SEO Audits:
    Regularly conduct technical SEO audits and optimize website architecture, links, and content for search engine crawling and indexing.
  • Paid SEO Campaigns:
    Design and manage PPC campaigns, balancing organic SEO efforts, to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
  • Analytics and Insights:
    Monitor and analyse performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies, report ROI, and forecast marketing needs.
  • SEO Trends and Updates:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest in SEO technologies and trends to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovations.

Preferred Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or similar role will have an advantage.
  • Agency background with handling SaaS-based startup websites is a plus.
  • Must have strong experience in building strong backlink profiles for B2B websites and improve the search ranking.
  • Must have strong experience in utilizing HARO, guest blogging, and many more tactics.
  • Well-versed with all latest google algorithms and their impacts
  • Certification of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing is a must.
  • Ready to face challenges, execute learned theoretical knowledge.
  • Experience with SEO reporting is a plus.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience on Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Google Webmaster, Hotjar, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager and other analytical tools.
  • Basic to advance level knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS-based and start-up environment is a definite plus.
