Sales Operations Manager

Clodura.AI is on the hunt for a high performing “Sales Operations Manager”. We need a self- motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. A Sales Operations Manager, or sales manager, is responsible for optimizing the success of an organization’s sales team by managing sales goals, projections, and processes. Their duties include creating and implementing sales processes, overseeing the sales team, or sales operations specialists, and planning and strategizing sales goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives.
  • Researching and analysing data to create sales forecasts.
  • Perform Accurate Sales Analytics to get a clearer understanding of the data, which should be used to set goals, metrics, and a larger strategy for the sales team.
  • Apply your sales analytics data to drive future sales efforts.
  • Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals.
  • Training sales representatives.
  • Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analysing sales data and consumer trends.
  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
  • Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.

Preferred Skills

  • 4+ years of experience working in a relevant sales or sales operations role.
  • Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary.
  • Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams and upper management.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
  • Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
  • Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks.
  • Research and reporting skills to analyse sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts.
