Sr. Growth Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Specialist who can lead multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions in the B2B SaaS space. This role involves social media marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and community engagement—all focused on accelerating business growth. Roles & Responsibilities:

 Social Media Growth & Engagement

  • Develop and execute a B2B social media strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement,and lead generation.
  • Plan, manage, and maintain a social media content calendar with high-impact posts across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Create compelling content—posts, carousels, videos, threads, and engaging visuals—tailored for social media.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, trends, and competitor strategies to optimize content and campaign performance.

 Community & Slack Management

  • Build and manage our Slack community, ensuring engagement, discussion, and valuable interactions.
  • Develop community engagement strategies (polls, Q&A sessions, live AMAs, networking opportunities)
  • Encourage active participation by moderating discussions, sharing valuable content, and fostering
    peer-to-peer interactions.
  • Track and report on community growth, activity, and engagement metrics to continuously improve
    performance.

Influencer & Thought Leadership Marketing

  • Identify, onboard, and manage B2B influencers, brand advocates, and thought leaders to expand brand
    reach.
  • Build long-term partnerships with industry experts, podcasters, and LinkedIn influencers to drive
    organic visibility.
  • Coordinate guest posts, podcasts, interviews, and co-marketing initiatives with influencers.
  • Track influencer performance and engagement to optimize collaboration strategies.

Affiliate & Partnership Marketing

  • Develop and manage an affiliate marketing program to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, resellers, and referral partners.
  • Create affiliate marketing materials (banners, email templates, product guides) to help partners
    succeed.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics to improve ROI.
  • Experiment with new commission structures, incentive programs, and strategic partnerships to boost
    affiliate success.

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Execute data-driven growth marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Implement viral marketing tactics, referral programs, and user-generated content strategies to fuel organic growth.
  • Leverage marketing automation, retargeting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Utilize SEO and content marketing to enhance discoverability and inbound lead generation.

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-impact marketing materials (landing pages, email sequences, ad creatives).
  • Craft engaging micro-content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Slack to boost engagement and brand recall.
  • Work with sales and product teams to align messaging and create sales enablement content.
  • Repurpose high-performing content across multiple formats and platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 4-6 years in B2B growth marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and community management.
  • Content & Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling social media content and campaign messaging.
  • Affiliate & Partner Marketing Knowledge: Experience in managing affiliate programs and partnerships to drive sales.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable with social media analytics, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Slack, LinkedIn, Twitter, social media scheduling tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Community-Focused: Passionate about building and managing online communities that drive brand loyalty.
  • Creative & Experimental: Always looking to test new growth strategies and optimize performance.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
