A-Abiding Care, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Joyce Kernan a registered nurse and pioneer in the field of home care on the principals of showing clients kindness and respect while providing the loving, compassionate care they need. Today, Joyces family, along with our loyal staff, continue her legacy and mission; to provide quality home care services to families in the Chicago area and provide meaningful employment for many caregivers, nurses and administrative staff. The yellow rose is the trademark of A-Abiding Care, and for good reason. A yellow rose is the traditional symbol of loving care, and it symbolizes our love, not only for our clients, but for the work we do each and every day.
