A Fairer Chance CIC, is an award winning, Community Interest Company, established in 2011 that makes the business case for recruiting people with convictions and barriers to employment. It works to reduce crime and its impact on communities by providing people with convictions and those at risk of offending, many of whom come from marginalised backgrounds and have themselves been victims of crime, with a range of trauma informed, tailor made, interventions with an end goal of gaining sustainable employment
