A10 Invest is an asset manager focused on Private Equity. The firm was set up over ten years ago by partners with an international investment banking background, initially as what became a very successful M&A boutique. In 2017, A10 Invest started an asset management business and made an investment in what is now Sigma Lithium Resources (Sigma, NASDAQ: SGML). The firm then moved away from M&A and focused on growing Sigma, which developed from a start-up with an initial valuation of approximately US$10 million to a business with a market capitalization of almost US$3 billion (90-day average to the end of January 2024). This led A10 Invest to accumulate Assets Under Management of approximately US$1bn (90-day average to the end of January 2024).
