A2D Project is a non-government, non-profit research group that is committed to finding innovative alternatives to address poverty, exclusion and inequality in the Philippines, especially in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Our group is composed of academics, development practitioners, and a network of grassroots organizations who have accumulated extensive experience and expertise in action research and development work.
