Aamoksh One Eighty is a joint venture company between Aamoksh Leisure Living Pvt. Ltd. and One Eighty of USA. The company is in the business of managing, developing, designing and operating retirement communities. It focuses on providing lifestyle services to seniors and provides both independent and assisted living services. In 2010, Aamoksh One Eighty launched the first community Anandam at the foothills of Kodaikanal. This property, spread over 121 acres, is a part of an integrated township under the name of Bahri Beautiful Country, which will house, other than the retirement homes, villas for a second / weekend home, Golf course, Medical centre, Spa, Resort, Club house and Food Court.
