ABAD public legal entity

The President of Azerbaijan signed the Decree on establishment of ABAD public legal entity under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASAN Service) dated 23 September 2016 (Decree). The Decree provides for the establishment of ABAD (Easy Support for Family Business) centres. The Decree applies to family businesses, small and medium sized entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan. Objectives of the Decree are: Active participation of citizens in the socio-economic development of Azerbaijan; Supporting of business based on family labor; Promotion of small and medium sized enterprises development; Additional support for increasing the employment rate.
