The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) is an independent body working directly under the authority of His Highness Ruler of Abu Dhabi, responsible for efficient management, collection, and disbursement of public funds and resources. It monitors the financial and operational activities of its subject entities, which include all Abu Dhabi government entities, and companies, in which the Abu Dhabi government has a vested interest of over 25%.
