Abu Dhabi Systems Integration LLC (ADSI) was established in 2005 in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. as a limited liability company wholly owned by its two parent companies, Abu Dhabi Ship Building PJSC (ADSB) - part of the Mubadala Group - and SELEX Electronic Systems(SELEX ES) - part of the Finmeccanica Group. Tapping the synergy of their combined competencies, capabilities and resources, ADSB and SELEX ES pooled their remarkable expertise to create a U.A.E.-based hub for electronic systems design, development, integration and maintenance. Fulfilling this vision, ADSI services today not only focus on the provision of integrated electronic systems, but also span across other fields where high degrees of specialization and technological know-how are required.
