Aceites y Proteinas S.A de C.V (APSA) was founded in 1973 as the result of an expansion project in Sinaloa, Mexico. The idea arises because the states of Sinaloa and Sonora were at that time the granaries of the country, transfering the production to the center of Mexico for milling. This is how the idea of grinding the seed in Sinaloa was born, and due to this vision, APSA was the first modern extraction plant to be installed in the state and dedicated to the milling of soybean, sunflower and safflower seeds. In addition, APSA offers a wide variety of organic crops as white corn, yellow corn, chick pea, soybean, wheat, sunflower, safflower and sesame with certification to export anywhere around the globe.
