Acom Consumer Finance Corporation was established in the Philippines in July 2017 under the synergistic joint venture of ACOM CO., LTD. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) and ITOCHU CORPORATION (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo). ACOM Co., Ltd. (Japan) is our parent company and the major shareholder, which held 80.00 % of its total shares. It was incorporated in 1978 and subsequently listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 1996. The company conducts four main businesses representing: (i) Loan and Credit Card Business (ii) Guarantee Business (iii) Loan Servicing Business (iv) Overseas Financial Business.
