Acquisition Partners is a California-based, lower middle market Mergers & Acquisitions firm that provides accountable deal flow to its clients. Acquisition Partners was formed in April, 2016, but has deep roots in the M&A industry through its sister company, The Independence Group. The Independence Group was formed in 1997 as an M&A Firm. As we expanded our buy-side services, it was clear to us that to better support our clients, we needed to establish a well-defined structure for targeted acquisition work. This led to the establishment of Acquisition Partners, which focuses solely on achieving successful outcomes for highly qualified buyers and business owners.
