Our registered proprietor is Mrs Carol Townley, who has had 30 years experience working in the care sector, which includes working in Hospitals, Mental Health Institutes, Residential Care Homes, Livein Care and Domiciliary Care. This wide knowledge and experience led Carol to set up ACS Care Services in June 2001. She prides herself on being a highly committed Manager always striving to improve her own performance and that of all ACS Care Services employees. Carol sets very high standards to ensure all service users receive a quality service, one in which you would entrust the care of your own family members.
