ACT Ambulance Service

In providing emergency ambulance services, our emergency ambulances are staffed with paramedics and intensive care paramedics. Non-emergency ambulance services are provided by Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) officers. Our NEPT crews undertake routine ambulance transport of patients to, from and between hospitals and other medical facilities. ACTAS also provides intensive care paramedics to the SouthCare Toll rescue helicopter.
