Acting Abroad

Acting Abroad is a summer acting conservatory in Normandy, France. Each summer we bring young actors from all over the world together with to live at the Chateau le Mont Epinguet for an intense month of studying voice, movement, Shakespeare, On Camera acting, Contemporary Playwrights, Musical Theatre, Directing and Writing. You are enough. A familiar saying at Acting Abroad, our teaching process begins with the idea that all of the tools an actor needs are within themselves. Through daily training of the voice and body, our actors begin to build physical, vocal and emotional reflexes that move them closer to perfecting the skill of being in the moment on stage and on camera. Ongoing performance opportunities give every student the chance to show their work. Our special Talent Share nights every Saturday are an open performance night of music, dance and acting.
