Active Horizons

Active Horizons is an award winning set out to raise the voice and engagement of young people aged 10-25 years living in London. Achieved through delivering flagship program of Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship Mentoring and Creativity. We support young people to develop the ability to make informed choices in life and encourage participation in programmes and services related to their wellbeing. We foster a collective voice and currently at least 300 young people benefit directly from the project each year.
