ActivLives is a charity that delivers a wide range of activities in hard pressed areas in Ipswich and East Suffolk, supporting and motivating marginalised groups of people, particularly people with mental ill health, older people 50+, people living with Dementia and their Carers and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, to improve their own health and well-being; keep people connected and reduce social isolation and loneliness.
