Acuity Securities Ltd (formerly HNB Securities), is a Central Bank appointed primary dealer authorized in the sale of Treasury Bills and Treasury Bonds. Acuity Securities Ltd (ASL) is part of Acuity Partners (Private) Limited. Acuity Partners is a full service investment bank promoted and equally owned joined venture between DFCC Bank and HNB. It is the only integrated and full service investment bank in Sri Lanka offering a comprehensive suite of products and services in Corporate Finance, Equities, Fixed Income Securities and Venture Capital and is currently the largest investment bank in Sri Lanka with a gross assets base of over LKR 6.7 billion as at end FY 2012.
