Addere Care was founded out of the idea that ageing is not a condition to be cured. Rather, it is a period of life to be enjoyed and cherished with dignity. And we believe it is best accomplished in a safe environment surrounded by people who genuinely care about you. As such, we have partnered with Swedish Silviahemmet Foundation founded by Queen Silvia whose philosophy is anchored in person-centered care, family support and open communication. We are exclusive partners of Silviahemmet in the Baltics and are determined to bring the care standards to a whole new level across the region. But it doesnt end there. We believe in a holistic approach and are convinced that modern quality care infrastructure featuring Scandinavian feel & touch interiors, wholesome food, abundant green spaces are equally important for our guests to feel like home.
