The company has been taken over in October 2013 by HAS Group of companies conducting business in food, construction and jewellery industries . ADF is a OEM manufacturer of kitchen appliances which has been structured purposefully as a small sized, financally stable, innovative and flexible organization striving for meeting the needs of local, regional and global brands. ADF is focusing on value creation through tailor made premium products. ADF is located in Merzifon, Turkey and owns a factory with 7.500 m2 closed area. ADF employs around 50 people.
