About ADHAR ADHAR is a registered grassroots level non-governmental organisation, which was founded by few self-motivated youths in early nineties to fight against the poverty, hunger, deprivation, injustice, inequality and other socio-economic and environmental issues of the poorest region of Odisha. Initially, ADHAR get involved in relief operation during natural calamities like drought, flood and cyclone and after registered under Society Registration Act. 1860 in 1992 further registered with 12A, 80G of IT Act. and FCRA, it was given a strategic direction to address the issues of poverty, hunger, malnutrition, illiteracy and livelihood promotion. Since last three years ADHARs programme focus on Education & Skill Development, Livelihood, Health & Nutrition, Protection and Climate resilience.
