Advanced Eye Care Professionals, P.C. was opened cold in 2003 by Dr. Casey Hogan. The original office was only less than 500 square feet with one employee, Jennifer Pankow, who has worked with Dr. Hogan since 1995 to present time. Dr. Hogan continued to serve on the faculty at the Illinois College of Optometry as Assistant Professor until 2011. AEP grew quickly and served as the prototypical practice template for other new O.D.s to follow as a roadmap to opening cold in the present day. Dr. Hogan has been instrumental in volunteering her time, business plans, and operational advice in aiding many of her fellow colleagues and students in opening the practices of their dreams. AEP has since expanded to a new location in Oak Lawn, IL and has grown to a staff of 10 employees.
