Founded in 1989, Aerocom Industries Inc. was established to provide both the aerospace and commercial gear industries with a source for highly productive and accurate CBN gear and form grinding. It was the vision of the founders that soon commercial quality gears would be equivalent to aerospace quality and therefore the name Aero (Aerospace) Com (Commercial) was chosen. This is now reality. In October 2006 the company relocated from Boulder Colorado to a 32,000 square foot air conditioned facility located in Longmont, Colorado. Aerocom specializes in producing ultra precision ground internal and external, spur and helical gears up to 16 in diameter. Aercom is also famous for producing special internal and external non-gear forms such as cam ramps and spindle pumps. We supply our products to manufacturers of aircraft, satellite, military, off road, ship, industrial, truck, and tractor gearboxes, transmissions, and actuators.
