AES Maintenance Ltd was launched in January 2008 to provide specialist Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Engineering Skills to the Building Services sector. Since our inception we have developed a strong working relationship with a number of organisations across numerous sectors. AES works with a number of different companies in the fields of Facilities Management, M&E Contractors, Local Authorities, Landlords, Tenants and Owner Occupiers. We have a dedicated team of HVAC Engineers and Technicians who work on nationwide basis, conducting maintenance, call outs and remedial works, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We also have a dedicated projects team to survey, engineer and install new or retrofit small to large air conditioning systems including energy efficient Chillers, CRAC Units, VRV/ VRF and Fresh Air Systems.
