Affordable Housing was established in 1982 to develop, own and manage rental housing for low and moderate income families, seniors and singles/couples. Affordable operates under a Board of Directors made up of business, professional and community leaders. The Board sets policy, approves major transactions and ensures Affordables objectives are met. The head office is centrally located in Surrey and operates under the direction of an executive team that consists of CEO Stephen Bennett, Finance Director Steve Hoock, CPHR Meena Hundle, COO Glenn Hocking, and six Property Managers.
