Age UK Kent Rivers is a charity working in the local communities of Medway, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Dartford, Gravesham & Swale to support older people and adults with learning disabilities to Achieve Lifes Fullness, as well as their families and carers. Our guiding principle is to deliver a quality experience to every customer every time, which allows them to Achieve Lifes Fullness. Even as people grow older, and society changes, we want everyone to be able to Achieve Lifes Fullness.
