Our mission is to unite businesswomen through professionalism, practice networking, and sisterhood in a way that benefits both members and their future employers. AWIB hosts meetings to foster professional development through a network of women. Each semester we partake in numerous socials and fundraisers, as well as special interest group events. We also encourage our members to join one of our five committees, which meet monthly to build a great sisterhood. Our different committees include Finance, External Affairs, Human Resources, Events, and Marketing.
