We have an expertise in creating inspection reports, CAD models comparison from 3D scanned data to actual product using Zeiss Data acquisition system & inspection software. We use Zeiss 3D scanning systems along with the engineering software to create a 3D CAD model of scanned products. We verify the accuracy of manufactured components using different data acquisition system like CMM, CT Scanner, Blue Light scanner from Zeiss and providing the inspection report for the scan. We design product, do digitization of data from product to CAD model using scanner and design software.
