AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organisation run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion or national/social origin. AIESEC Jaipur was founded in 1995, and it has been a tough struggle since then, but overpowering all obstacles and fighting our way through we have come a long way from hosting international and national conferences to become on of the best Local Chapters of AIESEC in any city ever. Our HR programme, Global Talent, enables your businesses to provide meaningful professional experiences to a global network of youth talent who want to make a difference.
