Our parent company, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company, Limited, is one of Japans largest Property and Casualty insurance companies with operations in over 30 countries. In October 2010, Aioi Insurance Company, Nissay Dowa General Insurance Company and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group integrated under a holding company structure. The new holding company was named using the initials of each entity to form MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings.
