Airdog USA Inc. was formed by a group of technology experts and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. They started research with Ionic wind and tried to cool a laptop silently initially. However, it naturally collected dust and pollutants in the air and stuffed the computer. The innovative research work was reported by the MIT technology review and Scientific American. Then they turned around and focused on air filtration and formed TPA technologies. Airdog has filed/awarded dozens of patents worldwide around the TPA technology. After over a decade of research, they successfully launched Airdog air purifiers to the North American market in 2017.
