Born from a smaller production line within its sister company, Aquat Food Industries Co., Alibhar has expanded its workforce to 200 employees under the leadership of Eng. Omar Ihsan AbuGhazalah, following the vision set forth by Eng. Ihsan Shakoor AbuGhazalah. The company prioritizes quality food production, specializing in flour products, sauces, marinades, spices, and sweets. Alibhar operates a structured environment with departments encompassing administration, HR, IT, training, quality assurance, and various engineering and production divisions. The factory runs 16 hours a day, 6 days a week, with increased production during holidays like Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, National Day, and Foundation Day.
