Al Rabiah Construction Company was established on the 15th of April 1967 as a limited company by the late Mr. Saleh Rashed Buresli, a leading Kuwaiti businessman together with his German partner Mr. Hurst Weniger. ARABCO is a grade 1 engineering and construction-contracting company with the Central Tenders Committee in the State of Kuwait.
