AWSNs goals are to provide a network for those interested in many aspects of careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and to help programs in these areas be sustainable through development, funding, and volunteer support. Through the AWSN network, you can learn what is being done by our members/member affiliate groups in Recruitment, Retention and Recognition. As a funder, AWSN provides funding for small projects or programs hosted by our affiliate members, and performs fund raising to enable the growth of these programs or development of new ones
