Founded by Dominique Thomas, Alderys currently employs a 32-people experienced team with strong expertise in yeast biology and fermentation processes. The company operates out of a 1.000 meter square custom-built facility at Orsay, in the south of Paris, France The projects developed by Alderys are aimed at the cosmetics, commodity chemicals and animal nutrition sectors.
