ALPENA-MONTMORENCY-ALCONA EDUCATIONAL SERVICE DISTRICT

The Michigan Legislature created Intermediate School Districts (ISDs) in 1962. Like other ISDs, the AMA ESD coordinates essential services with our local constituent school districts. The AMA ESD service area encompasses all of Alpena, Montmorency, and Alcona Counties and includes Alpena Public Schools, Alcona, Atlanta, and Hillman Community Schools.
