Founded in the early 1970s, Alta was born as a distributor of electronic components. From the beginning, the company has been ahead of its time by bringing international brands such as Te Connectivity, Murata, and Vishay to the Italian scene. With that same spirit of innovation, during the following years, Alta always kept up with the times, carefully following market changes and adapting, each time, to the requests of old and potential new customers. In light of this, fundamental partnerships have emerged with new companies Phoenix Contact, Harting, Panduit, and Weller. Today it boasts a staff of 15 people and two offices, the main one near Florence and a strategic office in Bologna, essential to more accurately cover the needs of customers in northern Italy.
