Altitude Workforce Solutions (Pty) Ltd, (AWS), is a Temporary Employment Service (TES), providing innovative and creative staffing solutions through the recruitment, placement and employment of persons with disabilities in South Africa. AWS is a BBBEE company and has taken empowerment through all levels of occupations. Fourty five percent of the company is owned by the staff in the form of an Empowerment Trust.
