The Alzheimers Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter is available to support the over 38,000 individuals in our 24 county service area living with Alzheimers disease and dementia along with their caregivers, families, and the community as a whole. The Northwest Ohio Chapter serves 24 counties: Allen, Ashland, Auglaize, Crawford, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Huron, Knox, Lucas, Mercer, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood, and Wyandot. We have offices in Toledo, Findlay, Lima, and Mansfield. Our vision is a world without Alzheimers disease. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of all persons affected by Alzheimers disease and related disorders through compassionate, comprehensive services; effective advocacy; support for research; and access to current information and resources.
