Amana and Associates was founded/registered in 1972 to provide broad-based consultancy in civil engineering and construction technology. In 1974 there was a name change to Amana Consulting Engineers to better reflect the core activity of the company. In 1996, due to expansion in its business, it was incorporated as Amana Consulting Engineers Limited with registration number RC.303633. As a result of further expansion in the scope of its activities and the need to bring together experts in other technical disciplines and practices including Oil and Gas engineering services, it was renamed Amana Consortium Limited, in July 1999.
