American Health Communities is a network of 29 senior living and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee and north Alabama. Senior care is the heart of our business. Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Comprehensive care helps speed recovery for those who recently had surgery, suffered an injury, or need complex care after a medical emergency, such as a stroke or heart attack. We offer inpatient rehabilitation and therapy six to seven days a week. Long-Term Residential Care Around-the-clock staffing provides high-quality, compassionate care to residents who can no longer be cared for at home. Long-term care residents receive assistance with basic life functions such as getting out of bed, dressing, bathing, eating and managing medications
