Founded in 1933, American Tourister made the worlds first moulded luggage - and it quickly became all the rage! Another first was to flight test our bags with flight attendants from major airlines. Flight tested, flight approved! During the 70s we continued to design durable cases that could withstand even the thoughest quality critic: a gorilla. The successful gorilla campaign ran for 15 years.
