MISSION American Veterans Care Association, Inc believes every American can succeed in life after their military career has come to an end. Our aim is to help restore their sense of self, family bonds, and community participation. American Veterans Care Association provides comprehensive support programs for military veterans that are focused on transition, health, wellness, peer engagement, and connections to community resources. HISTORY Ericha Fabays family legacy to help others has deep roots in military and community service with her maternal grandfather, Felizardo Valenzuela. Felizardo was offered army enlistment during the World War II because he knew how to dig artesian wells and during that war, he was gunner for the Philippine Scouts which became part of the US Army.
