Amex started its journey in 1993 with its knit textile unit and ever flourishing enterprises the introduction of garment unit in 2000 as Unit 2, a new garment factory in Gazipur in 2004 followed by another knitting & dyeing establishment created in the same year in RAJUK Shampur, Kadamtoli Industrial Area. Both the company has further extended its area by introducing its printing and embroidery units in year 2009. Thus, the companies revealed itself as a 100% export oriented composite knit fabric and readymade garments manufacturing factory having knitting, dyeing, finishing, sewing, printing and embroidery facilities under one roof equipped with latest and modern machinery.
