AMP RECYCLING S.r.l

At AMP we are able to recycle about 60.000 tons/year of post-consumer PET, which is the average quantity of PET beverage and food packaging consumed and recovered in Italy (Emilia-Romagna + Veneto) in an area with 8 mln inhabitants. We obtain secondary raw materials, avoiding the need of a corresponding quantity of virgin PET. AMP and I.L.P.A. Group contribute concretely to virtuously solving the potential problem of plastic packaging waste and to the achievement of recycling targets in Italy and Europe, thus working to improve the environment of the communities in which operate. The new plant of AMP Recycling was inaugurated in 2006. The new 22,000 m2 factory on a 43,000 m2 lot, enabled the rationalization of all the companys production activities, by integrating its extrusion processes with a considerable plastic recycling plant dedicated to the recovery of post consumer PET bottles.
