With the dream of sharing his Lebanese roots with his adoptive country, Raymond Cheaib founded Andalos bakery in 1991. Together with his wife and children, and a dedicated work ethic, Andalos has become a leader in Middle East baking in Canada. In 2012, following several years of constant growth, Andalos, replaced its initial setting of 4,000 square foot bakery with 5 employees and a production of 4,000 pitas per hour using one machine with its current headquarters consisting of three buildings of approximately 80,000 square feet and producing 24,000 pitas per hour using state of the art equipment.
