Andijan Machine-Building Institute (AndMI) was initially found in 1995 as an Engineering and Economic Institute then later in 2011 was reestablished as a Machine Building Institute under the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. AndMI is a public, coeducational institution, organized into three faculties (Automatics and Electrical Engineering, Technology, Mechanical Engineering).
